What began as a passion for cinematic storytelling and creative experimentation grew into a full independent studio with a clear creative mission.
Founded by Jonathan Kroll Jr., JPGStudios Productions LLC began as a small creative studio with one central goal: to merge emotional storytelling with deeply immersive interactive experiences.
What started through short animated films, cinematic ideas, and creative experimentation gradually evolved into a dedicated independent game studio where storytelling, atmosphere, and technical execution all work together.
Our philosophy has always been simple: games can be more than entertainment. They can be expressive works of art that leave players thinking, feeling, and remembering long after the experience ends.
That belief led directly into the creation of Room 413, our first major title — a psychological horror experience built in Unreal Engine 5 that reflects everything JPGStudios stands for: atmosphere, emotional depth, human storytelling, and a cinematic sense of place.
