Program Overview
Our publishing program is designed for independent developers and creators seeking a transparent, supportive publishing relationship under JPGStudios Productions LLC.
Ownership: You retain full ownership of your work, branding, and intellectual property.
Submission Fee: A one-time $30 non-refundable administrative review fee is required for evaluation.
Revenue Terms: JPGStudios receives a 10% publishing share only on revenue exceeding $1,000 USD.
Eligibility: You must hold legal rights to all submitted assets, code, music, writing, and materials.
Support: Accepted projects may gain access to marketing exposure, storefront support, optional internal collaboration, QA feedback, and launch preparation guidance.
Review Process: All submissions are reviewed for originality, quality, legal clarity, and fit within our publishing standards.
Creative Control: Creators maintain primary creative control throughout the publishing process.
Written Agreements: All publishing commitments, timelines, revenue terms, and responsibilities are documented in writing before onboarding.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old or provide documented parent/guardian consent where applicable.
Verification: Payment and application details may need to match legal identification for processing and review.
